Who the Adeptes Custodes are in the world of Warhammer 40,000
They are the elite warriors in the Imperium of Man. Their primary duty is to guard the Emperor, the godlike ruler of humanity who rules an impressive array of planets in an undead state connected to a supercomputer. Henry Cavill himself has previously shared photos of his Custodes army in progress in 2022 and has repeatedly spoken of his love for the faction.

The newest edition of Warhammer 40,000 was released last year and updated the game’s rules with a focus on optimizing the experience. One of the features is that the miniatures remain unchanged. So while Custodes has yet to receive an updated Codex (a rulebook that contains specific information for each of the game’s factions), you can use them according to the rules released previously for each army.
Note that the Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 video game will be released in 2024.
